Terms of Service

These terms apply between [AutoDeck operator legal name], [company/tax number], [registered address] (“AutoDeck”), and the dealership identified in the order or account (“Customer”). AutoDeck provides hosted dealership-management functions described in the selected plan.

The Customer provides accurate registration details, protects credentials, grants least-privilege access and uses the service lawfully. Unauthorised access, malicious code, scraping, resale and interference with service security are prohibited.

Plan, price, billing period, trial, renewal, cancellation and any refund rights are those shown in the accepted order and checkout. Stripe processes card payments; AutoDeck does not store full card details. On termination, data return/deletion follows the DPA and legal holds rather than an unconditional deletion promise.

The Customer retains its rights in uploaded data. AutoDeck uses it only to provide, secure and support the service, comply with law and follow documented instructions. For personal data controlled by the dealership, the Data Processing Agreement template sets out Article 28 duties, sub-processors, security, assistance, audit and exit handling.

AutoDeck applies the safeguards described in its privacy notice and DPA. Any binding availability commitment, maintenance notice or service credit must be confirmed in the accepted commercial order; this public template does not create an unverified service level.

AutoDeck retains rights in the service, software, brand and documentation; the Customer receives a limited, non-transferable service right for its business. Liability limitations and exclusions must be reviewed by the owner and legal counsel and completed in the signed commercial agreement.
